Welcome to HashOps. By accessing our infrastructure management platform, you agree to these Terms.

1. Platform Usage

HashOps provides a management layer for crypto mining hardware via SSTP tunnels. You agree to use the platform solely for lawful mining operations.

2. Account Responsibilities

HashOps operates on a strict RBAC model. Resellers may use "Temporary Support Access" for troubleshooting, subject to tenant consent.

3. Service Availability

We strive for a 99.9% uptime. However, we are not liable for mining revenue losses due to network downtime or hardware failure.

4. Limitation of Liability

We only monitor hardware metrics. We do not route mining pool traffic through our central servers (split-tunneling). We are not responsible for pool configurations or thermal damage.
